KSC Broadcast have been providing technical services within the Broadcast industry since 2010. In that time, we have been involved in many high-profile projects and have supported many well known TV productions in the UK. We are committed to delivering a quality service and establishing long term working relationships with our customers.

 

Kevin Scott – Director

 

Kevin is a highly experienced Broadcast Engineer with a strong operational background.

 

After leaving university in 2001 with a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering Kevin started work for QED Productions, an audio-visual production company, where he was responsible for installing and operating professional audio and video systems for live events.

 

In 2004 Kevin left QED to join BBC Broadcast and become a pivotal member of a team that was testing a new service proposed by the BBC called the Interactive Media Player. On launch this service became what is now known as the BBC iPlayer.

 

Later that year Kevin became a Studio Engineer for BBC Resources at Television Centre. Here Kevin supported a variety of live and pre-recorded productions including household names like Blue Peter, Strictly Come Dancing, Top of The Pops, The Two Ronnies and many more.

 

Since leaving the BBC in 2010 Kevin has been instrumental in delivering key projects for number of UK broadcast organisations.

 

Using a combination of his technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of broadcast systems, Kevin can support the delivery of projects from initial design through to implementation and commissioning.

 

Kevin is a strong and supportive leader of cross-functional engineering teams who exhibits the highest levels of professionalism in the most challenging situations.
